About Mr Vivek Datta
Mr Vivek Datta is a consultant general and colorectal surgeon, having qualified from The University of London in 1993. Whilst he is interested in all aspects of colorectal surgery including rectal bleeding and pain, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer, colonoscopy, intestinal failure, hernia and emergency general surgery.
He holds a specialist interest in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and is on the steering group for the National Training Programme in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery.
