How to book an appointment

You don’t need Bupa insurance to visit our centre – everyone is welcome. You can self-pay, and we work with most major insurance providers.

You can book by phone or via our online enquiry form. Our team is here to answer your questions and help you choose the right care.

Please note: we’re unable to answer specific medical questions or offer medical advice by phone, online, or email.

For specialist care appointments

If you’d like to see a consultant, please contact the relevant team based on your payment method.

Insured patients

If you’re using private health insurance (Bupa or other providers), get in touch with our Appointments team via phone. You can also submit an enquiry using the form at the bottom of the page.

Self-pay patients

If you’re paying for your care, get in touch with our Self-Pay team via phone. You can also submit an enquiry using the form at the bottom of the page.

For GP appointments

To book a GP appointment or other GP‑led services, please call us or book online.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

If you are booking a GP appointment for a child, please call 0343 253 8278. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.

For dental appointments

To book a dental appointment, please call us.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

What to know before booking

If you’re using private health insurance, a GP referral is usually required before you book an appointment with a consultant.

If you’re self-paying, a referral isn’t usually needed. Our team will let you know if one is required.

We ask all patients to provide a credit or debit card when booking an outpatient appointment. This is only used if any outstanding or additional charges apply.
