Your diagnostics journey
1. Enquiry
Call us or fill in our enquiry form. We’ll be in touch to check your eligibility, answer any questions, and book your first appointment.
2. Consultation
At your appointment, your consultant will listen to your concerns and medical history. They'll also do a physical exam if needed.
3. Diagnostic tests
Your consultant may recommend tests or imaging. Most are done onsite, often on the same day, so you don’t have to wait long.
4. Follow-up
When your test results are ready, your consultant will walk you through them. You’ll have time to ask questions and decide on next steps.
5. Treatment
We offer many treatments onsite. If you need complex care, you can choose your preferred hospital from our London network.
6. Onward care
Your care doesn’t stop after treatment. We’ll be here to guide and support you whenever you need us.
