Anyone can access these services – you don’t need to have Bupa health insurance.
Private GP services
As well as routine appointments, we offer a range of GP-led services, including period and menopause plans, weight management plans, and more.
Please note, GP appointments for children must be booked over the phone.
Our health assessments give you a clear picture of your current health and future risks.
We’ll assess your risk for conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Then you’ll have time to talk through your results with a health advisor or GP. If you need any follow‑up care, we can arrange appointments for you, privately or through the NHS. You’ll also receive a full year of personalised support to help you stay on track with your long‑term health goals.
We also offer targeted cancer checks tailored to your sex, age, and family history. This helps identify conditions you may be at higher risk of developing.
We make it easy to see a GP when you need to. You can book same-day or next-day appointments for adults and children, either in-person or remotely.
Choose from 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on what you’d like to discuss. If you need further treatment, we can refer you on to the relevant specialist.
We also provide private prescriptions. These can be delivered to your home free of charge or you can collect from your chosen pharmacy using a digital prescription code.

If you’re struggling with period problems or menopause symptoms, we can provide dedicated plans tailored to your needs alongside specialised support.
These 12-month plans include an initial consultation, personalised treatment, and follow-ups to see how you’re getting on.
Our sexual function plan supports men with erectile dysfunction, reduced libido, or related concerns.

This service is available for patients with a BMI over 30 or a BMI over 27 with a weight‑related condition. Unfortunately, we can’t offer this service to patients with diabetes.
If earwax is affecting your hearing or causing discomfort, we can help.
Our health advisors use safe and effective microsuction techniques to remove earwax – and if no wax is found, you won’t be charged.

Our expert MSK clinicians use varying techniques and treatments to relieve pain and restore movement. Our services include physiotherapy, specialist MSK physician consultations, and osteopathy.
You may receive treatments such as acupuncture, soft‑tissue massage, shockwave therapy, or joint injections.

No, your GP will only be able to refer you on to private specialists. However, they can provide a written referral to pass on to your NHS GP.
If you wish to go private, you can be referred to our on-site secondary care service. We have a large selection of consultants across many medical specialties.
